QUICK REFERENCE INSTRUCTIONS

BYOD MODE.

1. Turn on TV.

2. Turn on Laptop.

3. Be sure  Cables are connected.

4. Be sure you are logged into you Web service program (BE sure no other WEB service programs are runnging)

5. Be sure Mic is not muted.

6. Be sure poly-video Camera is selected for the Logitech camera. Wave hand in front of camera to be sure correct camera is selected.

7. Be sure sound is up.

8. Be sure for Mic this is selected SAME AS SYSTEM “Echo cancelling speaker phone” or Echo Cancelling speaker phone.

9. For audio be sure Echo Cancelling selected

10. DO A TEST OF SYSTEM BEFORE MEETING.

Conference Room instructions. (This TV is a Touch screen TV.)

1) Turn on the TV. Either by power button on TV or remote

 

Touch panel 

Laptop under TV HDMI 1

Be sure the laptop under the TV is on and the  Cables are plugged into the laptop. Be sure HDMI 1 is selected on the TV.

Touch Screen

Volume control

Use the slide button on the Touch panel to control the volume.

 

If doing Zoom On laptop or google meets or teams

1. Be sure laptop is on and connected.

2. Be sure cable are hooked up to tv 

3. Be sure Logitech or outside camera is connected.

4. Be sure NO OTHER WEB services ACCOUNT ON LAPTOP IS ACTIVE

5. Log into the account to be used

6. Do a test on system to be sure all appropriate equipment is connect and working.

7. Check that the audio in program has Echo Cancelling selected. If able to do test for speakers run test to be sure you hear sound through system. If the audio selected is HDMI audio or Microphone Array Realtek, it wont work well.

8. If able to a mic tech check on program.

8. Mic selection for program be sure that SAME AS SYSTEM "Echo cancelling speaker phone" for mic is selected. NOT RECOMMENED to use Microphone Array real tech audio.

9. Be sure AVERCAM camera is selected test this by weaving your hand in front of camera to be sure correct one is selected.

10. Be sure mic is not muted on touch screen.

 

 

Camera

To move camera use touch screen controls with arrows or use camera remote or touch screen.

TOUCH SCREEN (Home page)

Touch camera Icon on bottom of screen.

Use touch screen camera controls to control camera if no remote or remote not working.

PLEASE REMEMBER TO LOG OUT OF WEB SERVICES ACCOUNTS.

Air media (Wireless presentations device) Be sure HDMI 2 is selected

Must be on the staff  lan network  10.233.x.x with the Ethernet cable plugged in at the table and on unsecured wireless.

Must use supported web browsers For PC: Chrome Version31 or later, Firefox Version 31 or later, Microsoft Edge Version 86 or later.

Mac Chrome Version31 or later, Firefox Version 31 or later, Safari Version 6 or later.

Miracast

 Miracast technology allows users to wirelessly share content from a Microsoft® Windows® 10 device to the receiver. Miracast technology is built into the Microsoft Windows 10 operating system, so no additional software installation is required.

Miracast: Turn the toggle on to enable Miracast on the receiver. l Default Windows Experience: Select one of the radio buttons (Miracast or AirMedia Windows Sender) to select the default connection experience for Windows 10 users when they connect to the receiver via a web browser. Select Miracast to display instructions for connecting to the receiver via Miracast.  Select AirMedia Windows Sender to prompt the user to download the AirMedia sender application.

 

Power down

Highly suggested to logout of your nmail, gmail and zoom / conference accounts when finished.

When powering down the TV push the power button once and then a second time to confirm that you wish to shut down the TV. The computer will shut down with the TV.
