This document is to show you how to sync your MacBook password after resetting it to the NEIUport.
Requirements: You need to be connected to our network (hardwire) to be able to do this. If you are working remotely, sign in to VPN.

HOW TO SYNC YOUR MACBOOK PASSWORD
1. Sign in with your old password in the MacBook.
2. On the menu bar, locate key logo and click Sign in.
3. A pop-up will show and put your NEIU credentials first and click sign in.
4. Put the Mac Password (old Password) and NEIU Password (your new NEIU Password) then click Sync.
5. Wait until Passwords in Sync pop up shows.
Next time you sign in to your computer, you are able to use your Neiuport Password.
