HOW TO ADD PRINTERS AND SCANNERS
This document is to show you how to add printers and Scanner in your NEIU MacBook.
- Click on the Apple logo , top left , of the screen.
- Choose System Settings to open the System Settings.
- Scroll all the way down to locate Printer and Scanner.
- Click Add Printer, Scanner, or Fax
- Locate your printer (check it is usb connected or network connected).
- Click Add.

- NEIU Multi-Functions Printers:
- NEIU issued MacBooks are already connected to the Multi-Functions Printers. You can use this while you are in campus and connected to our network.

- Go to Catalog> Printers> Reset Printing System >click Reset
- This will delete all printers connected to your NEIU issued MacBook.
- NEIU Multi-Functions Printers will appear after few minutes.
