FA 215

1. Turn on projector using remote

Select input for device you wish to use.

HDMI guest cable

Push HDMI on projector remote.

DVD/VHS

Push Video on projector remote.

FA 215 Media Systems Instructions

General Podium Instructions

To use the projector, follow these steps:

1. Press the power ON button. You should hear a beep

•  DVD or VCR = Push VIDEO (on remote)
  1. Push Video on the projector remote.
• DVD
  1. Make sure the power in On (on DVD/VHS deck).
  2. Push the VCR/DVD button to make sure DVD is selected. (on DVD/VHS deck)
  3. If DVD is selected you will see a DVD logo projected on the screen.

4. Push the Open/Close button on the DVD/VHS deck to open the tray.
5. Insert your DVD into the tray.
6. Push the Open/Close button or gently push the tray.
7. Use the remote or controls on the deck to control the DVD player. Aim remote at the deck.

• VHS
  1. Make sure the power is ON (on the DVD/VHS deck).
  2. Push the VCR/DVD button to make sure VCR is selected. (on DVD/VHS deck)
  3. If VHS is selected you will see a blue image projected on the screen.
  4. Insert you VHS tape into the machine.
  5. Use the remote or controls on the deck to control the VHS player. Aim the remote at the deck.

• Guest Laptop = HDMI(on remote)
  1. Connect the HDMI cable to your laptop.
  2. Push HDMI on projector remote
  3. Turn on your laptop
     •  When connecting a Laptop please remember to mirror your image by either pressing FN +F8 or

+P (Select Mirror image). If these options do not work you might have to go to graphic display options and may need further help. If so please contact us at the number below.

• Volume Control for each devise is on the bottom left of the remote

Please shut down projector at end of class
• To turn off projector, press the Power OFF button on the remote control.

You will need to press the same button again to confirm

• Please turn off the main power of the podium amplifier as well.
