BBH 234 Instructions

 

Touch the Crestron touch screen

Touch the Crestron touch screen again

Crestron selection screen will appear

Select what ever device you wish to use.

 

PC Desktop

1. Select Pc on the Crestron touch screen.

2. Be sure the PC is on.

3. Be sure the monitor is on.

LAPTOP VGA

1. Turn on your Laptop computer
2. Plug in the VGA cable into your laptop.
3. Plug the mini audio cable into the headphone jack on your laptop.
4. Select VGA on the Crestron touch screen.

LAPTOP HDMI

1. Turn on your Laptop computer
2. Plug in the HDMI cable

      3.Select HDMI on Crestron touch screen.

When connecting a Laptop Please remember to mirror your image by either pressing FN + F8 or  + P (Select mirror image). If these options do not work you might have to go to Graphic Display options and may need further help. If so contact us at the number below.

Blu Ray

1. Touch the Blu Ray icon on the Crestron touch screen.
2. Use the Crestron Touch screen to control the Blu Ray player.

Doc Camera

1. Turn on the Doc camera.

2. Touch the Doc icon on the Crestron touch screen.

Air Media

WIRELESS PRESENTATION

Be sure to download the air media app on the app store for your device that is being used.

1) On the touch screen click on the Air Media Icon.

This screen will show up.

Look on bottom of image

3) If using wireless connection type in the http address that is shown.

Note code changes after each user.

4) Type in the Code when prompted to on your device being used.

NOTE:

• Mac users click the Mac symbol choose System Preferences. Choose displays click arrangement tab. In lower left corner of the Arrangement panel select “Mirror displays”

• NOTE: If you do not have VGA or HDMI port you will need to get your own adapter. Click on the ADAPTERS link and you can see the different types of adapters that are available and will have to purchase.

  IF you need help finding the adapter you need to please set up a meeting with us and we will be happy to help you find the adapter you need

   

**Macintosh laptops sometimes require an adapter to connect to either HDMI or VGA cables**
