BBH 226 Media System Instructions

Podium instructions

1. Turn on the projector by pushing the POWER ON button.

2. Select Device to be projected.

SELECT DEVICE

PC Desktop (VGA 1)

1. Make sure Monitor on the podium for PC is ON.

2. Make sure PC is ON.

3. Push VGA 1 on the podium.

LAPTOP VGA (VGA 2)

1. Connect the VGA cable located on the podium to your laptop.
2. Connect the mini audio cable to your laptops headphone jack.
3. For Wired internet connection plug the Ethernet cable into your laptop.
4. If you hook up to our wireless access please click on the link General Wireless access.  If you want to connect to the Unsecured wireless access click on this link Open wired access.  We suggest this link.

5. Push VGA 2 on the podium.
6. Turn on your laptop.
   • When connecting a Laptop Please remember to mirror your image by either pressing  FN + F8 or  + P (Select Mirror image).  If these options do not work you might have to go to Graphic display options and may need further help.  If so contact us the number below.

   • Mac users click the Mac symbol  choose System Preferences. Choose displays click arrangement tab. In lower left corner of the Arrangement panel select “Mirror displays”

LAPTOP HDMI (HDMI 2)

1. Connect your laptop to the HDMI cable.

2. Turn on your Laptop
3. Push LAPTOP HDMI 2.
4. For Wired internet connection plug the Ethernet cable into your laptop.
5. If you hook up to our wireless access please click on the link General Wireless access.  If you want to connect to the Unsecured wireless access click on this link Open wired access.  We suggest this link.

• NOTE: If you do not have VGA or HDMI port you will need to get your own adapter. Click on the ADAPTERS link and you can see the different types of adapters that are available and will have to purchase.

  IF you need help finding the adapter you need to please set up a meeting with us and we will be happy to help you find the adapter you need

Volume

1. Use the Volume knob on the podium to control the volume of devices.

SHUT DOWN

1. Push the Display OFF button on the podium.
2. Be sure to turn off any other devices that you might have used.

Please turn off Projector at the end of class !
