BBH 347 Quick sheets
1. Turn on the projector using the projector remote.
Desktop computer
- Be sure DVI is selected on the Projector remote
VGA Cable for guest laptop
- Be sure Computer 1 is selected on projector remote
- Be sure VGA cable is connected to your laptop. Be sure mini audio cable is connected to your headphone jack.
DVD/VCR
- Be sure Video input is selected on projector remote
Doc camera
- Be sure Video input is selected on projector remote
- Be sure Doc camera is on.
- Be sure on DVD/VCR remote push the Input button until doc camera shows on screen
Apple TV
- Be sure HDMI is seleted on the projector remote

To view any media device
- Power up projector by using Grey remote.
- Press Power (RED) button (on remote)
- Use volume control buttons on remote
- Each time you switch the input source, a dialogue box of your selection will display on the screen
- Select DVI-I (on remote)
Laptop (VGA)
1. Select Computer 1 (on remote)
2. Connect the VGA cable to your laptop.

3. Connnect the Mini Audio cable to your laptops headphone jack. 
4. Turn on your laptop. You might want to plug the power cord into your laptop.
5. Connect the Ethernet cable to your laptop for wired internet access.

6. If you hook up to our wireless access please click on this link General Wireless access. If you are trying to connect to Unsecured wireless accesss click on this link Open Wireless access. We suggest this link.
NOTE: If you do not have VGA you will need to get your own adapter. Click on the ADAPTERS link and you can see the different types of adaters that are available and will have to purchase.

DVD/VCR
DVD
1. Select Video (on remote)
2. Make Sure the power is ON
3. To play a VHS Tape, select the INPUT SELECT button (on DVD/VCR remote) until you can see a blue screen
4. Be sure the DVD/VCR button is selected to DVD. You should see a DVD image on the screen.

5. Push the Open/Close button on the DVD/VHS deck
6. Insert your disk.
7. Push he Open/Close button or gently push the tray in
8. Use the DVD/VHS remote control or buttons on the deck to control the DVD deck.
VHS
1. Push Video on the projector remote.
2. Be sure the power is On on the DVD/VHS deck.
3. To play a VHS Tape, select the INPUT SELECT button (on DVD/VCR remote) until you can see a blue screen
4. Be sure the VHS that the DVD/VCR button is selected for VCR. You should see a blue image on the screen.
5. Insert your VHS tape into the deck
6. Use the DVD/VHS remote control or buttons on the deck to control the DVD deck.


- The Doc cam is currently routed through the DVD/VCR Combo unit
- The Combo unit must be on VCR for this to work
- You will need to select Video (on GREY remote)
- Next, select the INPUT SELECT button (on DVD/VCR remote) until you can see the Doc cam image
- Push Power Switch on Doc cam located on back of unit
- When finished please push the power switch on Doc cam

- Select HDMI (Grey projector remote)
- You should see the
login screen similar to this image:

- In some cases the

remote) Menu button to navigate back to conference mode.

- Make sure that your wireless device (iPhone, iPad or Mac laptop) is using the NEIU unsecured wireless network. Otherwise your device will not find the

- Using Airplay on your MAC device, find the
for your classroom. It should be named after the room that you are in. Then select that
to connect.
- A 4-digit code will appear on the projector screen. Enter that code into the box that appears on your Apple device.
- If you have followed the steps correctly, the projector screen should be mirroring your device.
- Please note: There are some restrictions on what your iPhone and iPad will display. To see restrictions go to this link for Apple TV specs and Apple TV Support.
Wacom instructions
- The Wacom monitor is joined with a digital pen tool that can be used as a mouse for selecting, dragging and much more.
- Please familiarize yourself with the capabilities that this device can offer.
Please shut down projector at end of class!
- To turn off the projector please push the RED power button on the remote.
Hit again to confirm the power off of the projector
- Please remember to turn off any other devices that you might of turned on.
