  • Click on the Services link above
  • Next, click on Ticket Requests
  • Your active support tickets will now be shown

To see your previous support tickets:

  • Click the Status Class dropdown menu
  • Click on the [Select all] checkbox box
  • Click the Search button
  • Your previous support tickets will now be visible

  • Select the appropriate Category
  • Click on the Report Problem / Request Service button
  • Visit the Popular Services channel below

How To: Search The Knowledge Base - Basic Steps

  • Click on the Knowledge Base link above
  • Select appropriate Category
  • Select the Article
  • Click on the Recently Created Articles channel to the right
