Track Your Ticket(s)

  • Click on Services in blue bar above
  • Click on Ticket Requests

Default view is all New, Open/In Process and On Hold Tickets

To see all ticket history:

  • Click on the ^ arrow symbol in Status Class field.
  • Click on the Select All box. 
  • Press <Enter> when done
All tickets submitted by you or on your behalf appear.

Create Ticket - Basic Steps

  • Click on Services in blue bar above
  • Select appropriate Category
  • Click on Report Problem or Request Service button.

Search Knowledge Base - Basic Steps
