Quick Sheets

1. Turn on the projector using the projector remote.

2. Select the correct input for the device being used.

 

LAPTOP HDMI Cable =  Projector input HDMI, Extron input 1

Laptop USB C cable = Projector input HDMI, Extron input 3

Blu ray = Projector = Projector input HDMI, Extron input 2

Podium instructions

To view any media device

  • Power up projector 
    • Press (RED) button (on remote)

Extron Switcher

Select Source

PUSH HDMI on projector remote

 HDMI guest Laptop cable ( Projector remote HDMI, Extron is on input switcher 1 )

  1. Connect the HDMI cable to the laptop.
  2. Be sure you computer is set to mirror image
  3. Be sure Projector input is on HDMI
  4. Be sure Extron switcher input is on Input 1

USB-C guest Laptop cable ( Projector remote HDMI, Extron switcher is on input 3)

  1. Connect the USB C cable to your laptop
  2.  Be sure your computer image is set to mirror image.
  3. Be sure Projector input is on HDMI
  4. Be sure Extron swither input is on input 3

BLU Ray Player (Projector remote hdmi, Extron switcher is on input 2)

  1. Be sure the projector is on HDMI
  2. Be sure extron switcher in on input 2.
  3. Be sure Blu ray player is on.
  4. Use remote to control Blu ray player.

 

 

Please shut down projector at end of class!
