General Projector Instructions
To use the projector, follow these steps:
- • Press the power ON button. You should hear a beep
Select devices
- Laptop
- Connect the VGA cable to your laptop.
- Connect the mini audio cable to your laptops head phone jack.
3. For wired internet connection connect the Ethernet cable to your laptop.
4. If you hook up to our wireless access please click on the link Secured Wireless access or for General wireless information go to Wireless Wi-Fi/ VPN.
5. Push Computer 2 input (on remote)
6. Turn on your laptop.
- When connecting a Laptop Please remember to mirror you image by either pressing FN+F8 or
+ P (Select Mirror image). If these options do not work you might have to go to Graphic display options and may need further help. If so please contact us at the number below.
HDMI
1. Plug in the HDMI cable into your laptop.
2. Be sure the HDMI 1 is selected on the projector remote
3. Be sure your audio is routed through your HDMI output on your laptop.
• Volume Control is on the bottom left of the remote
Please shut down projector at end of class!
To turn off the projector or TV always confirm shut down by hitting confirm or hitting power button again to confirm. Be sure before leaving room TV or projectors are off.
• Please remember to turn off any other devices that you might of turned on.
