QUICK REFERENCE INSTRUCTIONS

 

Use the Qsys touch screen to turn on the system by pushing the On icon under System power.

Qsys touch screen.

Give the system time to power on. The TV should turn on after a few minutes

In Room computer

Push the room PC icon to but the main computer image onto the TV.

Use the wireless keyboard and mouse to do your set up for Room PC.

Using your own laptop.

When using your own laptop there are 2 cables that have to get plugged in. One is an HDMI Cable this will send the image to the TV and you must push the LAPTOP HDMI icon to get the image to the TV. The other is the USB A cable in order to use the rooms mic and speakers.

 

Privacy mode

Push the MIC mute icon to mute the in room mic

Volume Mute

To mute the speaker in the room push the volume mute.

Wall mounted camera

The Qsys touch panel control the wall camera movement only

Use the Qsys touch panel to control the wall mounted Camera.

OWL Camera

The owl camera can only be used with the in house system.

 

WHEN FINISHED PLEASE PUSH THE SYSTEM OFF ICON ON THE TOUCH PANEL.
