1. Turn on the TV using the TV remote

- Be sure input on TV is set to PC
HDMI cable for guest laptop.
- Be sure TV input is on HDMI 1
- Be sure AV switcher is on input 1

Use remote to turn on the Monitor.

Audio: Use the credit card sized remote to turn on the SOUNDBAR.

HDMI SOURCE SELECTION
A: To project: HDMI, Blu ray & USB C – black remote HDMI 1 on TV Monitor
- All switching of these sources is Manually by pressing the button on the Extron AV switcher once the Monitor is set to HDMI 1.
1: HDMI Laptop connection HDMI 1 on TV, HDMI 1 on Extron AV switcher box.
- To use a laptop’s HDMI connection, connect the provided HDMI cable to the PC.
- The HDMI cable also sends audio to the projector. Yet, you may need to check your system preferences to verify that audio is routed to HDMI or Extron.
**Macintosh laptops sometimes require an adapter to connect to either HDMI cables**
- USB C Laptop connection INPUT 3 on Extron AV switcher - HDMI 1 on TV
- To use a laptop’s USB C connection, connect the provided USB C cable to your PC or Mac.
- Auto switches to input 3 when signal detected.
- Mac or PC audio should be Extron audio.
- BLU RAY connection INPUT 4 on Extron AV switcher – Still HDMI 1 on TV
5. To use the DESKTOP - PC Input on TV
- Power on Desktop and/ or wake pc up by pressing on keyboard.
- Press PC on Remote.
- To use VGA LATOP, plug in VGA cable with mini audio cable on PODIUM. VGA cable will auto switch from desktop to VGA laptop.
- Troubleshooting:
- Each input is assigned a number in the black Extron box on the shelf . Each number has an LED light that shows signal to that input. Typically the following applies: 1 = HDMI 2 = 3 = USB C, 4 – BLU Ray. If do not see a light, then no input is detected and you have a connection issue. Otherwise, the input being displayed shines green, and any other source waiting to be selected shines orange. If you need another input to display, push the designated button (if Orange) on the black box and you can switch to your device.
