Northeastern Illinois University faculty, staff, and students have access to Adobe Creative Cloud applications. To obtain a license to install these apps on your computer, please follow the steps below.
If your Mac computer is the property of NEIU, go to Applications —> Self Service —> Bookmarks and click on Adobe CC NEIU license. Alternatively, you can enter the Adobe web address listed below.
If you have an NEIU Windows computer or if your PC or Mac is personal property, open a web browser and go to the web address:

In the Adobe sign in page, click on Continue with Google.
Enter your NEIU email address in the following format:
username@neiu.edu
An NEIU page will appear. Enter your NEIU username and password.
Employees will need to also authenticate using Duo Security. Students who are not employed by the campus do not need to use Duo Security.
On the following page, select the school profile.
Your web browser will open a new page to download the Adobe Creative Cloud apps.
Installing Adobe CC Applications
If you are attempting to install an Adobe app on your home computer, your computer user account needs to have administrator rights.
If you are on your NEIU Windows PC and do not have administrator rights, please contact the IT Service Desk for assistance.
If you are on your NEIU Mac and you do not have administrator rights, you can install the Adobe CC apps by going to the Self Service App —> Multimedia Apps. If you encounter difficulties, please contact the IT Service Desk for assistance.

Access is granted semester basis. Faculty teaching courses that require Adobe CC can request priority access for their classes. Staff, Faculty & Students needing long-term access due to ongoing needs can also request exempt access.
