How to access your Voicemail

How to get your Voicemail (Webex Calling) 

There are three ways to check your Voicemail.

1. Physical Phone
2. Receiving Email
3. Webex Website

Here are the instructions.

Physical Phone

1. Press the Voicemail logo on your phone and put your pin. 
2. If you do not know your PIN, go to user.webex.com and sign in with your NEIU email, Settings> Calling> Voicemail > Reset Voicemail PIN

Receiving Email

1. You will receive an email from Webex_comm@webex.com

Webex Website

1. Please go to user.webex.com
2. Sign in using your NEIU email
3. Go to Settings> Calling> Voicemail > Voicemail Inbox> Manage Voicemail
