LWH 3046 Media Systems Instructions

Podium Instructions 

      1. Push the Power button to turn on the projector.

      2. The input for the projector that you will have to use for the devices in the room is the Digital Link. Push Digital link on the remote.

    

This device the Atlona is under the Podium and most have the correct input selected for it. 

1. Be sure the On/Off button is on when on light will glow on button.

2. Push the Input select button the a device wanting to be used.

 Blu ray player.

Projector remote Digital link.

Atlona should be selected to HDMI 1

1. Be sure the Blu ray player is on.
2. Be sure Projector remote is selected to Digital Link on Silver projector remote
3. Be sure the Altona is to HDMI 1. Indicator light should be lite where is says HDMI 2
4. Use Remote control to control the Blu ray player
5. When finished with Blu Ray please be sure to turn the power off.

Note: If laptop Hdmi is not plugged in and you turn on the Blu ray player the Altona will automatically switch

Laptop (VGA) Projector remote Digital link, Altona VGA.

1. Be sure the Projector remote is on Digital link
2. Be sure the Atlona is on VGA 
3. Connect your laptop using the VGA cable.
4. Connect you mini audio cable to your headphone jack on your computer.

        3. Turn on your computer.

• When connecting a Laptop Please remember to mirror your image by either pressing FN + F8 or  +P (Select mirror image). If these options do not work you might have to go to Graphic Display options and may need further help. If so please contact us at the number below.
• MAC users click the Mac symbol  choose System Preferences. Choose displays. Click arrangement tab. In lower corner of the arrangement pane select mirror displays.

        4. For Wired Internet connection plug into the ethernet cable into your laptop.

Laptop HDMI. Projector remoter Digital Link. Altona input HDMI 2

1. Be sure the Blu ray player is off. 
2. Turn on your laptop
3. Push Digital Link on the projector remote.
4. Push input select until HDMI 2 shows up on the right of the Altona device.
5. Plug in you HDMI cable into you laptop.

         Note: If the Blu ray player is off and laptop is on the Altona will automacitally switch for you.

 

Desktop computer

Push Digital link on the projector remoter

Push input Select until VGA  shows up on the  right of the Altona device

NOTE: If any other device is used you will Have to Manually select on the ALTONA the VGA input

• In order to view the main PC, the laptop VGA cable must be unplugged.To use your laptop, you may need to use your function keys.
  • When connecting a Laptop Please remember to mirror your image by either pressing FN + F8 or   +P (Select mirror image). If these options do not work you might have to go to Graphic Display options and may need further help. If so please contact us at the number below.

6. Volume control is on the bottom right of the remote control.

• Please be sure the MUTE in NOT ON. This will cause you to have NO SOUND.

 

Please shut down projector at end of class

• To turn off projector, press the power OFF button.
• You will need to press once again to confirm.
• Please turn off the main power to any other device that you might have turned on.
