IN ROOM Main Computer LAPTOP.
- Be sure Main computer laptop is plugged and on.
- Turn on the Projector by taping on the on the POWER icon
on the touch panel.
- This will Turn on the projector.
- Select the device you want. This will project the device chosen to project on the projector screen.
Main screen.
Use buttons on wall to control motoriezed screen.
Main Computer
- Tap on the Main computer 1 icon
- Image will now project.
Guest Laptop
- Plug the power cord on your lap top in.
- Hook up the HDMI Cable to your laptop
- Be sure your laptop is set to mirror image. Audio will go through this cable.
Air Media/ Wireless presentation
Be sure to down load the air media app on the app store
1) On the Touch screen click on the Wireless presentation Icon.
This screen will show up.
2) On your device launch the downloaded app on the device or devices you are going to use.
Look on bottom of image.
- If using wireless connection type in http address that is shown.
Note code changing after each user.
- Type in Code when prompted to.
Your device should now be connected.
Web casting
To use the in room camera system you must use the in room laptop.
- Be sure the in room Laptop is on.
- Turn on TV by using TV remote
3. If camera is not already on. Turn on the Cameras if using both there is one we call the instructor camera (Cam 1) that is aimed toward the instructors teaching area and another aimed toward the student seating area ( Cam2).
- Be sure the Goose neck mic is on.
- Go on to the web service you want to use. Example Zoom or google meets.
- Log into your account
- Test the equipment the video and audio by running a test.
- During test select the camera you wish to use.
- Start your meeting.
Changing Camera.If you want to change your camera
Zoom on lower left click on arrow by camera
Select HD camera for Camera 1
Select UVC camera for Camera 2.
Volume control to turn up volume in room use the volume + on Crestron touch control to raise and lower volume.
To mute audio NOT MIC use the mute to mute speaker. To Mute MIC push button on Mic.
PRESETS for Cameras
- Aim the camera in the position that you want the camera to be aimed at. Check that it covers whatever you want the camera to show.
- Push preset button.
- Push a number on the key pad of the number you would like the preset to be.
- Repeat up to 9 preset can be set.
- To activate your preset just hit the keypad and the camera will move into the position you set.
POWERING DOWN SYSTEM
To turn off system hold the power icon 
and hold for 3 seconds on Creston touch control.
System should power down. If system fails to turn off use remote to turn off projector.
TV must be turned off by Remote. PLEASE REMEMBER TO TURN OFF TV AND PROJECTOR.

When using a Mac with an M1 chip. You will come across audio issues when trying to play a video through the HDMI connection. Restart the laptop.
