Tap on the Crestron touch panel
Welcome screen will show up.
Tap on the screen again.
Presentations screen will show up.
There are 2 selection that can be made on this system one is for what you want displayed and another is for what audio you want to hear. Be sure the correct one is selected for both.
PC
1) If using the Room PC tap on the PC icon in the display box.
2) Be sure the PC for the audio source is selected
3) Be sure the computer is on.
4) Log into the computer using you NEIU log in.
HDMI
1) Plug in the HDMI cable into your laptop
2) Be sure your laptop is powered on
3) Tap on the HDMI icon on the display source
4) If you want your audio to go through be sure the HDMI is selected in the audio Source selection
VGA
1) Be sure your laptop is On.
2) Connect the VGA cable to your laptop.
3) Connect the mini audio cable to your laptops headphone jack.
4) Select VGA on the Crestron touch screen for desired display.
5) For Audio for your laptop be sure to select VGA in the Audio Source Selection icons.
6) For Wired internet connection plug in the Ethernet cable into your laptop.
When connecting a Laptop Please remember to mirror your image by either pressing FN + F8 or 
+ P (Select mirror image). If these options do not work you might have to go to Graphic Display options and may need further help. If so contact us at the number below.

Blu Ray
1) Tap on the Blu Ray icon on either the display source or upper left of Crestron touch screen
2) Crestron screen will change and you can control the Blu ray through the Crestron.
3) Be sure for the audio select source that the Blu ray is selected.
Solistice Wireless presentation
1) Be sure to install the app on your device.
2) Select the Solistice on the Display Source.
3) Type in the IP address that is shown. The device will attempt to connect to the Solistice device
4) Once connected enter in the Key to complete the connection (This number changes with each connection)
5) Solistice will inform you that it will start to capture everything that is displayed on your device. Tap start.
6) You are now sharing your device. When finished tap the Disconnect on your device to stop sharing.
Doc Cam
1) Tap on the Doc camera icon on the Display select box.
2) Be sure the Doc camera is on.
OFF
1) Use the Off Icon in the display select to temporarily stop view image on the TV. This does not shut down the system.
AUDIO
1) You can display one image on screen and have another source for sound if you which by selecting a different source if you so desire. The audio cable from the VGA can be used to hook up an mp3 player through the headphone jack and have it go through the rooms sound system.
2) Use the + and – to turn the volume up and down on the Crestron touch screen. You can use the Audio Mute icon to mute the sound.
Shut down
1) Tap on the Shutdown Icon in the upper right corner of the Crestron touch screen
2) Be sure to confirm the shutdown.
PLEASE TURN OFF SYSTEM AT THE END OF CLASS!
Please Turn off any other units used!
To Turn off the System please, push the Icon on the bottom of the Crestron Touch Panel
Please press YES to confirm for the system to shut down.
Remember to turn off monitor when finished.
