FA 141 Media Systems Instructions (Hybrid) ( as of 3/17/22)

 

FA 141

Be sure the Audio rack power is on.

Rack power

Mixer power

CD/MP3 player

Computer on if using Disk or Webcasting.

DRAWER 1

In this drawer you will find the following. Mini plug cable, Keyboard for computer, Remote for TV, Remote for camera, Remote for Denon player.

The mouse is located on the CPU in the middle of the rack.

CD playing

There are 2 chooses to play CDs

CD/MP3 player to play a cd.

Be sure sure the power on the CD/Mps player is on.

Insert disk into the player. Once loaded press play to play music.

Be sure the volume on the mixer is up as well. PLEASE DO NOT TURN THE VOLUME UP TO HIGH. This can damge the speakers.

Turn the Ch 9/10 knob to control the volume. Be sure he master level is in the middle or lower.

Computer

Open tray on computer and insert disk use one of the programs on the computer to play your disk.

Be sure sure the volume on the mixer for computer is up. Ch 7/8. . Be sure the master level is in the middle or lower.

 

Denon player

Be sure the power is on.

CD

1. Be sure source is selected to CD

2. Insert the CD into the CD slot. Let player read disk.

3. Use the numbers buttons to select tracks or use the jog dial to browse track and press it to select a track.

4. Use the Play control button to control the CD

5. When finished remember to Eject the Cd by hitting the eject button

USB

1. Be sure source is selected to USB.

2. Insert USB. Let player read USB.

3. Use the numbers buttons to select tracks or use the jog dial to browse track and press it to select a track.

4. Use the Play control button to control the CD

Other CD /usb controls.

If you wish to repeat button to select the playback mode.

Repeat one (the current track repeats indefinitely

Repeat. This will repeat all tracks on CD or USB drive

Repeat off no tracks repeat

Repeat FLD this will repeat list of tracks in usb folder or CD indefinitely.

Random when this option is selected for CD or USB will randomly play up to 256 tracks. If in single mode, the tracks will play in regular order.

Bluetooth

1. Be sure source is selected to Bluetooth.

2. Be sure your bluetooth is on for your device and is discoverable.

3. Look for DN-700CB on your device.

4. Tap on DN-700CB on your device.

5. Tap Pair on your device.

6. Your device name will show up on the Denon player. Your are now paired to the Denon player.

7. Use the Denon to control your device (stop, Play, Pause, Select know to advance) your device. Or use the device to control the music.

8. Clear bluetoth device. Press and hold the time button to unpair the Bluetooth device from the Denon.

Mini cable /Aux connector

1. Be sure Aux is selected on the Denon player.

2. Be sure the mini cable is connected to your devices headphone jack.

3. Be sure ch 9/10 on the mixer is not set to high. Use 9/10 mixer knob to control the volume of your device.

Tempo control

When CD or USB is selected as the audio source, turn this knob to adjust the tempo and pitch of the audio playback in a range from 15% to + 15%. Press the knob to turn temp lock on and prevent changes press knob again to unlock temp controls.

 

Time

For use with CD or USB.

There are 3 setting for this feature

1. Time elapsed

2, total elapsed time

3. Total time remaining (CD Only)

 

Webcasting

1) Turn on computer. Turn on monitor. Turn on TV.

2) Log onto computer.

Do not use your log in. Use log in on screen fa 141 dance studio. Just hit enter there is no password.

Go to a search engine program like chrome or firefox. Type in on the address bar zoom log in or how ever you would normaly log or do your zoom session.

Once loged in be sure to test the equipment.

Be sure the Speakers, camera and mic are working.

Be sure the camera is set to Aver Cam520 pro2.

Check speaker should hear a tone. Be sure the correct audio is selected. Speakers/Headphones

Check that the correct Mic is selected. Microphone Hyper x solocast.

 

Camera

To operate the camera use the remote in drawer 1 of the equipment rack.

Smart Frame

Press the Smart frame for 1second to switch among different options

1.) Manual framing

You control the camera by using the arrow keys to Pan, title or zoom the camera

2.) Auto framing

Deploys face and body detection and will move with the person for a max range of 7 to 10 meters.

3.) Preset framing

Set up preset points in adance (only preset buttons 1-9) camera tracks one presenter and shoots the preset area instead of focusing and zooming on presenter.

Preset

1) Save preset.

Move the camera to the desired postion. Press and hold the preset button for 5 seconds. Select a number on the keypad. Save up to 9 preset postions.

2) Load preset

Press the preset button and the number on the keypad that you save the preset on. This will have the camera go to what ever postion you preset.

When you are finished DO NOT FORGET TO LOG OUT OF YOUR ZOOM OR GOOGLE MEETS ACCOUNT.

 

PLEASE REMEMBER WHEN YOU ARE FINISHED WITH THE EQUIPMENT TO SHUT ALL EQUIPMENT USED.
