Wireless Mirroring Devices Tips on how to make this work smoothly in your classroom.

Wireless mirroring device to Projections devices (TVs, Projector..)

This is not an easy task and will take some planning and preparation on your end (Professor, event organizer).  There are a few things you will have to do to make this work smoothly.

1. First you must be sure your room has HDMI connection to work

2. Know what your presenters are using to present with.

a. Is it a Mac? (Mac devices only work with APPLE TV)

b. Is it a PC laptop? Some PC will require software to wireless mirror the device.

c. Is it an android device? (Some android devices have mirroring software already install and some do not. This will be something the presenters will have to find out)

3. Plan this the best you can the reason the above questions are asked is there are device but they are not compatible with each other and use different device to hook up to the system to mirror.

4. Be sure each device used has the software need to use the wireless mirroring device. This can take time to down load and know how to use.

5. It would be a good idea to organize your presenters by the device they use. Group all Apple users in a row and then all PC and android device in another group.

6. Give yourself time to learn this stuff yourself DO NOT WAIT UNTIL CLASS STARTS TO DO THIS.

7. Arrange time with our staff to learn how this technology works.
