Quick Sheets
1. Turn on Projector using the projector remote.
2. Be sure that Digital link is selected on the projector.
3. Select your device.
Device
VGA Cable for guest laptop= Be sure that Digital link is selected on the projector.
1. Connect the VGA cable to your laptop.
2. Be sure your image is mirrored.
HDMI Cable for guest laptop= Be sure that Digital link is selected on the projector.
1. Connect the VGA cable to your laptop.

DVD/VCR= Be sure that Video is selected on the projector.
1. Turn on DVD/VCR.
Podium instructions
To view any media device
- Power up projector by using Grey remote.
- Press (RED) button (on remote)
Select Source
Laptop (VGA)
1. Push Digital Link #5 ( on Projector remote)
2. If you wish to use the laptop, connect the VGA cable.
3. Connect the Mini Audio cable to your laptops head phone jack.
4. Turn on your Laptop. You might want to plug the power into your laptop.
- When connecting a Laptop Please remember to mirror your image by either pressing FN+F8 or + P (Select Mirror image). If these options do not work you might have to go to graphic display options and may need further help. If so please contact us at the number below.
- Mac users click the Mac symbol choose System Preferences. Choose displays click arrangement tab. In lower left corner of the Arrangement panel select “Mirror displays”

NOTE: If you do not have VGA you will need to get your own adapter. Click on the ADAPTERS link and you can see the different types of adaters that are available and will have to purchase.
IF you need help finding the adapter you need to please set up a meeting with us and we will be happy to help you find the adapter you need
5. For Wired Internet connection plug in the Ethernet cable into your laptop.
6. If you hook up to our wireless access please click on the link General Wireless access. If you are trying to connect to Unsecured wireless access click on this link Open wireless access. We suggest this link.
Laptop HDMI
- Push the digital Link button on the projector remote
- Connect the HDMI cable to your laptop
3. Turn on your computer.
Remember to mirror you image.

Note audio is ran through the HDMI cable be sure you audio is routed through your HDMI port.
DVD/VCR
DVD
1. Select Video (on remote)
2. Make Sure the power is ON on the DVD deck.
3. Push the VCR/DVD button to make sure DVD is selected ( on the DVD/VHS deck)
4. If DVD is selected you will see a DVD logo projected on the screen.
5. Push the Open/Close button on the deck to open the tray.
6. Insert your DVD into the tray and push the Open/Close button or gently push the tray.
7. Use the remote or controls on the deck to control the DVD player.
VHS
1. Push the Video on the projector remote.
2. Make sure the power is ON on the VHS deck.
3. Push the VCR/DVD button to make sure the VCR is selected. ( On the DVD/VHS deck)
4. If the VHS is selected you will see a blue image projected on the screen.
5. Use the remote or controls on the deck to control the VHS player.
Volume control
Use volume control buttons on remote
Power OFF
- To turn off the projector please push the RED power button on the remote. Hit again to confirm the power off of the projector
- Please remember to turn off any other devices that you might of turned on.
Please shut down projector at end of class!
