Mobile cart instructions.

1. Pull down screen in room.
2. Align cart to screen.
3. Plug in power cable from cart to AC outlet in room.
4. Plug in Ethernet cable into available Ethernet jack.
5. Turn ON the projector. Push the power button on the projector. Projector takes some time to warm up.
6. Focus Projector on screen by using the focusing ring.
7. To Select sources push the Source button on the top of the projector until the correct input for source is selected.
8. Press Enter.

Source Selections

• Laptop

1. Connect the VGA cable located on the Mobile cart.
2. Connect the mini audio cable into your laptop.
3. For Wired internet connection plug the Ethernet cable into your laptop.
4. If you need help hooking up to our wireless access please click on the link Secured Wireless access or for General wireless information go to Wireless Wi-Fi/ VPN

                  5. Plug in Ethernet cable into your laptop for wired internet access.

                  6. Push the Source button on the projector until COMPUTER 1 is selected.

                  7. Push ENTER on the projector.

                  8. Turn ON your laptop.

• When connecting a Laptop Please remember to mirror your image by either pressing FN + F8 or + P (Select Mirror image).  If these options do not work you might have to go to Graphic display options and may need further help. If so please contact us at the number below.

• Mac users click the Mac symbol  choose System Preferences. Choose displays click arrangement tab. In lower left corner of the Arrangement panel select “Mirror displays”

• NOTE: If you do not have VGA you will need to get your own adapter. Click on the ADAPTERS link and you can see the different types of adapters that are available and will have to purchase.

• DVD/VHS
  • DVD
    1. Push Source on the projector until VIDEO shows up.
    2. Push Enter on the projector.
    3. Turn ON the DVD/VHS player.
    4. Push the DVD/VCR button on the DVD player. Until the DVD is selected
    5. You should see a DVD logo on the screen.

                           6. Push the Open/Close button on the DVD/VHS deck.

                           7. Insert the DVD into the tray.

                           8. Use the control on the DVD/VHS deck to control the DVD.If there is a remote you can also use this to control the deck.

• VHS
  1. Push Source on the projector until VIDEO shows up.
  2. Push Enter on the projector.
  3. Turn ON the DVD/VHS player.
  4. Push the DVD/VCR button on the DVD player. Until the VHS is selected.
  5. You should see a blue image on the screen.
  6. Insert your VHS tape into the deck.
  7. Use the control on the DVD/VHS deck to control the DVD.If there is a remote you can also use this to control the deck.
