If you are a Faculty or Staff member and are experiencing network connectivity issues, please submit a Support Request.

If this service request is for restoring a critical service or for resolving a technology issue for a class that is currently in session, please call (773) 442-4357 Monday through Friday between the hours of 8:30 a.m. and 10:00 p.m.  Requests made outside of this service window will be addressed as quickly as possible at the start of the next business day.
