Podium Instructions
- Push Blank Crestron screen.
Welcome screen will come on.
- Touch the Welcome screen anywhere and the selection menu will appear.
- Select Devices desired.
SELECT (To return to the screen Push the Main Icon on the bottom).
- PC (Desktop computer)
- Turn on the Monitor for the PC.
- Turn on the Desktop computer.
- Push PC on the Crestron Selections screen.
(To return to the screen Push the Main Icon on the bottom).
- Move the light bar to the up position
- Move the Camera head in the up position
- Turn on the Document Camera
- Push the Document Camera Icon on the Crestron Select touch screen.
(To return to the screen Push the Main Icon on the bottom).
- Laptop (VGA)
- Connect the VGA cable on the desk.
- Connect the mini audio cable to you laptop headphone jack.
- Connect the Ethernet cable to your laptop for wired internet access.
- If you need help hooking up to our wireless access please click on the link Secured Wireless access or for General wireless information go to Wireless Wi-Fi/ VPN
- Push the Laptop Icon on the Crestron select screen.
- Turn the Power on your laptop.
- When connecting a Laptop Please remember to mirror you image by either pressing FN + F8 or
+ P (Select Mirror image). If these options do not work you might have to go to Graphic display options and may need further help. If so contact us at the number below.
- Mac users click the Mac symbol
choose System Preferences. Choose displays click arrangement tab. In lower left corner of the Arrangement panel select “Mirror displays”

- Laptop HDMI
- Plug in the HDMI cable located at the desk.
- On Crestron touch screen select Laptop HDMI.
- Turn on your laptop.
NOTE: If you do not have a VGA or HDMI port you will need to get your own adapter. Click on the ADAPTERS link and you can see the different types of adaters that are available and will have to purchase.

- DVD/VHS
- DVD
- Push the DVD/VCR Icon on the Crestron selection touch screen.
- Be sure the DVD is on. It should be automatically on.
- Push DVD/VCR Icon on the Crestron touch screen icon if it says DVD on the top of the screen then you do not have to do this step. If not then you have to do this step.
- You should see a DVD logo on the screen.
- Push the Open/Close button on the deck of the DVD/VHS deck.
- Insert your disk into the tray.
- Push the Open/Close button on the deck of the DVD/VHS deck or gently push the tray.
- Use the controls on the Crestron Screen to control the DVD/VHS deck.
- Push the DVD/VCR Icon on the Crestron selection touch screen.
- Be sure the VHS is on. It should be automatically on.
- Push DVD/VCR Icon on the Crestron touch screen icon if it says VCR on the top of the screen then you do not have to do this step. If not then you have to do this step.
- Insert your VHS tape into the deck.
- Use the controls on the Crestron Screen to control the DVD/VHS deck.

Volume control
- To control the Volume of your device use the Plus and Minus sign on the bottom of the Crestron touch screen marked Volume to raise of lower the volume.
- Push MUTE if you wish to have not sound but please remember to push MUTE again to UNMUTE the sound.
SHUT DOWN
- Push the SHUT DOWN Icon on the lower right of the Crestron touch screen to turn off the projector.
- Push YES to confirm Shut down.
- Please remember to turn off any other devices that you might have used.
PLEASE SHUT DOWN THE PROJECTOR AT THE END OF CLASS!
